Amsulistiani Ensch: For Your First Impression
🌍 Indonesian-born. Germany-based. A mother, a wife, a volunteer—and someone who solves problems, effectively.
I never planned to be “visible.” I simply helped where I could. Over the years, that meant volunteering and assisting individuals and small businesses navigate systems in Germany and Indonesia—from getting jobs or training, launching companies, publishing books, to setting up affiliate websites or exploring career paths abroad.

From Wires to White Gloves: The Journey of a Committed Problem Solver
Graduating with a degree in Electrical Engineering, I was ready to light up the world—preferably with actual circuits. But life had other plans. I ended up in HR, General Affairs, and Housekeeping. These all experiences where I learned that dealing with people is sometimes more shocking than electricity. Until i understand both.
At the end of the day, machines and humans aren't that different—both need the right input to work well. Follow the same kind of logic—keep things running smoothly, fix what’s broken, and don’t overheat. Both need care, clarity, and the occasional reset. Rely on systems, feedback, and balance to function.

These are the sites I’ve bookmarked - now they’re yours too.
Starting a new life in Germany means figuring out which official links and websites actually help you get around and solve your problems and help you achieve your goals. The information is out there—but here’s what really took up most of my time (and stress): the endless research. Hours, days, even weeks spent digging for the right answers and experts who know their stuff.
You don’t have to go down that rabbit hole.
I’ve put everything into one straightforward PDF to save you time and help you settle in a bit easier.
Plus, I’ve added a few prompts I use myself—kind of like mental shortcuts. Try one out, tweak it to fit your situation, and see if it helps clear up the clutter in your mind.
No magic promises—just a little help when you need it.

Shoot me a message and let’s turn this into something awesome—or at the very least, mildly productive. Don’t be shy—I’ve already survived the awkward parts, wrestled with the chaos, and danced through some truly unsufferable challenges. Yet, here I am! So if you believe in collaboration that lifts rather than competition that crushes, drop me a 'Hi'—let’s see what we can build together
